Financial Problems Creeping Back In Tollywood Once Again!

As everyone is aware, no producer invests his entire money in a film. He takes the help of investors who lend producers money and take interests till they get back the promised returns. The interest will keep piling on till the film releases. During the first wave of Corona, the producers faced heavy stress from the financiers as there were no releases for most of 2020.
But things returned to normal when the lockdown was lifted and people walked into the theatres as usual. The financiers, distributors and producers were all happy till the second wave came around. Films that were planned to get released in April got pushed and seems like there will be no big releases in May and June as well.
This is adding huge pressure on producers again. Many big and medium films are ready for release and are waiting in boxes to come out. The longer they stay inside, the higher the interest gets and producers are feeling stress once again. Also, there will be a huge confusion in release dates and it is to be seen how long the filmmakers can take the pressure and maintain their composure.
