Model raped by Actor: Is it true?

A budding Model was allegedly drugged and raped by small-time artiste Swaraj Singh in Mumbai. A complaint has been filed in this regard at the Santa Cruz Police Station.
As per the complaint, The Victim met the Accused at a party five months ago and they have stayed in touch since then. Mr. Singh has called the Model to meet him at his office on April 6th promising her a role in her upcoming flick. He showed few photographs of himself with top celebs such as Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan to make her realize that he have good contacts in Bollywood. Then, Mr. Singh ordered a soft drink for the Model and she fell unconscious after drinking it. By the time she woke up, The Model was naked and she was in pain. By the time the Model realized that she has been sexually assaulted, Singh has threatened her with dire consequences if she reveals it to anyone.
Santa Cruz Police booked a rape case against Swaraj Singh and begun the investigation based on the FIR. Meanwhile, A Police Team is trying to trace the Actor who has been absconding. Cops are yet to find out whether the allegations of the model are true or not.
