Star director booked for copyrights

After Hritik Roshan now its turn of his father Rakesh Roshan to hits headlines for legal tussle. As per reports a case has been filed against the producer cum director. The case was related to the copyrights of Hritik Roshan's super hit film 'Krrish 3'
A Novelist Roop Narayan Sonkar filed a complaint against the director alleging that the former has copied the story line for Krish 3 from his novel 'Suardaan'. He alleged that Rakesh had copied the content without his consent and asked police to initiate strict action as per copyrights law.
Roop in his complaint added that he wrote the novel Suardaan in 2010. Police have registered a case against director Rakesh Roshan and said that necessary action will be taken against him if the allegations proved true.
Krish 3 was directed and produced by Rakesh Roshan and released in 2013. The film which was made with a budget of Rs. 95 crore grossed over Rs. 250 crore. Hritik shared screen space with Kangana in the film and ironically a legal dispute going between them from few days.
