First Thing Big Filmmakers Have To Realise!
X
There are a lot of moviemakers who rely on star power. It is of course true that the crowd-pulling power of star heroes will help in getting record collections. But it is just limited to the first weekend and what makes the film successful is the story and screenplay.

If the writing is good, even a small film does wonders and if it is poor, even the big films fade away after the initial three days. But the filmmakers are not realising this and writing scripts that cater to star heroes and are leaving the story behind.

There is a huge fault in the fans too as they cannot bear that thought of their hero not looking like a demigod on the big screen and playing a normal role by giving the first preference to the story. Due to this, a lot of filmmakers are choosing the safe option and making films that have wafer-thin plots but contain tons of heroism.

Recent films stand as examples of things mentioned above. 'Radhe Shyam' had a decent story without any elevations. Fans of Prabhas were severely disappointed. We have another huge mass hero's film which got humongous collections on the first day and during the first weekend. But there is no news about it since then. It went completely unnoticed. Analysts claim that it is high time that filmmakers and star heroes start to give first priority to the script rather than unnecessary elevations.

There are a lot of big films from star heroes arriving in the next few days. It is to be seen if those movies solely arrive on star power or maintain a perfect balance between heroism and strong content.

On March 25th, we will witness India's biggest film 'RRR' and it will be followed by 'KGF - 2' on 16th April. Other than this, Megastar's 'Acharya' will be released on 29th April and superstar Mahesh Babu will be coming with 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' on 12th May. Venkatesh and Varun Tej's 'F3' will be hitting the marquee on 27th May. There are a lot of other crazy projects which are going to arrive in between these biggies. Let us wait and see how these films fare at the box office.
