Tanushree Dutta accused Nana Patekar of misbehaving with her while shooting for a solo dance number in 'Horn OK Pleassss' in the year 2008. She alleged that Senior Actor touched her inappropriately and provoked workers of a political party to target her when she resisted his advances.
However, Ganesh Acharya who had choreographed the dance number opined allegations of Tanushree Dutta are false. 'As far as I know, It's a duet not a solo song. During the rehearsals itself, Producers informed Me about Nana Patekar's participation in the song. Shooting was stalled for 3 hours due to misunderstanding. Neither Nana Patekar misbehaved with Tanushree nor Party Activists attacked anyone. There are no indecent moments in that particular dance number. After Tanushree walked out, Rakhi Sawant had replaced her in the song.
Ganesh Acharya has given a clean chit to Nana Patekar. He went on to say, 'Nana Patekar is a good hearted person and never behaved indecently with Tanushree. He helped a lot of people in the Film Industry'.
