Is That Director Getting 'Wasted'?

A talent cannot be ignored not when it somehow manages to impress us over a period of time. Flops and hits are common but a person should never lose their dignity and chance to prove themselves again.
Gautham Vasudev Menon became a director, we all respect with films like Minnale/Cheliya, Khaka Khaka/Gharshana, Suriya S/O Krishnan/Varnam Ayiram, Raghavan/Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu, Ye Maaya Chesave/ Vinnayi Thandi Varuvaaya, Yennai Arindhal/Yentha Vadu Gani but his latest films have been box office duds.
His production house got into financial troubles and his Enai Noki Paayum Thota, Nenjum Maripadillai, Naragasooran and Dhruva Natchitram have been stopped from releasing.
ENPT and DN are his own directorials with Dhanush and Chiyaan Vikram, respectively. Other two films are his productions with other directors.
Such a talented director is unable to bring out his films to the audiences today and his music sense, scene construction and execution are still top class.
Hope his ENPT releases on 6th September and turns out to be a hit or at least a good money spinner for him to try and continue to tell his stories, give us chances to enjoy his aesthetic sense.
