Gautham Menon is one filmmaker who commands a lot of respect from the film fraternity and public for the kind of films he make. There are few classics and blockbusters in his career. He is known for leaving a mark of his own in every movie that he directs.
When asked if he wishes to make films like 'Baahubali', Gautham Menon said: 'I try to make realistic films. Be it a love story or action subject, There will be a realistic approach. I can't make fantasy movies delivered by Rajamouli. I'm not brave enough to spend that much budget for a single project either. Can't say if I could enjoy watching a fantasy flick in a theatre'.
The Ace Filmmaker, however, admits getting a feeling if the style is continued again and again by him. He gives enough hints about changing the track and try something different at some point to break the monotony.
Gautham starts penned the script on paper first and only then he gets the required feel. But, He would move to laptop after completion of 4-5 pages.
