GG Final run: Seven Out of Ten Areas get Losses

Gopala Gopala finished its full run at BO and managed to get Rs 41 crore share worldwide. The film did good business and the producers made good money by selling theatrical rights for more than 46 crores. But buyers not get into safe zone and it turned as loss venture in seven areas out of ten.The film earned profits for East Godavari area and the distributors of West and Krishna have just touched the break-even figure. It brought losses to distributors in all other areas. The movie is providing huge losses to distributors. Business is almost closed with 6 crore losses to distributors.

Sankranthi holidays worked in their favour and they made decent money. The situation would have been worse if the film released in dry season like February. Thank 'GOD', everything has fallen in place for Gopala Gopala!
