It is World Kabaddi Day today (March 24th) and the team of 'Arjun Chakravarthy' decided to release their first glimpse. This is the inspiring story of an unsung Kabaddi champion Arjun and the title role will be played by Vijay Rama Raju.
This sports drama is written and directed by Venu KC. The glimpse is very dramatic with some heavy dialogues. The medals and trophies won by Arjun Chakravarthy are shown. The film's lead actor Vijay Rama Raju reportedly underwent a lot of hard work and transformed himself for this role.
Set in the backdrop of the 1960s and 1980s, the film's shooting is currently under progress in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. The makers are aiming for a pan-Indian market and Sija Rose is the female lead who makes her debut with this film. Srini Gubbala is bankrolling this project under Gannet Celluloid banner.
