Why Pantham Promotions Are So Weak?

Hero Gopichand badly needs a hit to prop up his career and Pantham could be that film. If Pantham fails, then Gopichand's career would almost come to an end. Of late, he has been having a string of flops and needs a hit to reverse the trend.
But, Pantham is not being promoted the way it should be. Ther e is not much hoopla surrounding the film. Almost simultaneously, Saidharam Tej's 'Tej I love You' is releasing. This film might eat into its opening collections and eat into its revenues. There is a strong feeling among both Gopichand fans and the industry that the film is not being given the right kind of promotions. With just two or three days for the release of this film, the promotions are very weak and are not adding up for the movie.
The film, being produced by Radhakrishen, is being directed by debutant Chakravarthy Reddy, who was the screenplay writer for films like Balupu. The film has Mehreen Kaur Peerzada playing the female lead. She is said to be doing the role of a school teacher in the film.
