Gopichand's 'Seetimaarr' Confirms Its Release Date!

Action hero Gopichand has been waiting for a hit from a very long time. All his recent movies have tanked at the box office and he pinned a lot of hopes on his upcoming movie 'Seetimaarr'. Directed by Sampath Nandi, this action entertainer was supposed to hit the screens in April but got postponed due to the second wave. Now that the theatres have opened again, the makers have started giving updates on the film.
The team of 'Seetimaarr' revealed that their movie will be hitting the marquee on 3rd September. This is going to be the biggest release since the lockdown. Gopichand will be seen as Andhra Pradesh's Girls Kabaddi team coach while the movie's heroine Tamannaah will be seen as Telangana Girls Kabaddi team coach Jwala Reddy. The teaser brought a positive vibe to this flick while the title song and the mass Jwala Reddy song generated a lot of hype.
There was a talk that this film will be released in an OTT platform but the makers never spoke about it. Finally, they officially released a poster stating that 'Seetimaarr' will be releasing only in theatres this September 3rd. This news is making Gopichand's fans very happy. The poster seems to be taken out of a serious action episode where Gopichand will be beating the pulp out of the baddies. The 'Jil' hero looks macho and muscular in the poster.
Mani Sharma composed the music while Bhumika Chawla will be seen in an important role. Srinivasaa Chitturi will be bankrolling this project under 'Srinivasaa Silver Screen' banner. A lot of big technicians have worked on this project and this is the second film in Sampath Nandi-Gopichand combination after 'Gautham Nanda'. Sampath and Tamanna are also working for the third time with 'Seetimaarr' which makes it clear that they have a good rapport. Gopichand is currently busy with Maruthi's 'Pakka Commercial' which is produced by GA2 Pictures and his 30th film is made under the direction of Sriwass who made 'Lakshyam' and 'Loukyam' with him earlier.
