'Guru' starring Venkatesh and Rithika Singh opened to positive reviews and good word-of-mouth on Day 1. As a result, Revenue were pretty good on the First Day. The Weekend Share could be around Rs 7-8 crore.
Advance Bookings have been impressive in the Multiplexes and Single Screens in the cities. Collections in the B & C Centers might pick up in the coming days due to the terrific WOM.
For 'Guru', Venkatesh hasn't charged any remuneration prior to the release. He will be getting a share in the profits and hence all the stake holders will be quite happy with the final outcome.
