Ranga-Radha Mitra Mandali breathed fire on Ram Gopal Varma for projecting Ranga as rowdy sheeter and not glorifying him as much as they would like to watch. They even offered to collecting donations for RGV if he is really greedy for money to stop him from making such films. In response, Ramu challenged Ranga-Radha Mitra Mandali to raise funds and deliver a much better film based on Vangaveeti Ranga with the title 'Asalaina Vangaveeti' if they are really capable of doing so.
Seems like, Actor GV Sudhakar Naidu who is known for his roles with negative shades has accepted RGV's challenge. He announced his plans to make the biopic of Vangaveeti Ranga, which showcases positive angle of the slain Kapu Leader & his priceless services, by next year. He even dared to ask RGV to stop him from making Ranga's biopic if he can.
GV turned director with Nitin starrer 'Hero'. Later, He directed 'Ranga - The Donga' starring Srikanth and Ramya Krishna. None of these films managed to attain even decent feedback from the movie lovers. So, Will Ranga Fans trust GV? Does GV, who have political ambitions, trying to cash in on Kapu vote bank? Wait & See!
