Rana To Kick Start Haathi Mera Saathi

Rana has been such a hero who always take up experimental projects that are different from the regular stories. Even after Baahubali, the actor showed interest in trying out different scripts like Ghazi, Nene Raju Nene Mantri. Now, Rana gave his nod to yet another different kind of story that is based on animals. As per the latest flash, the film is going to be a trilingual one and will hit the theatres in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil languages.
Gajaraju (Kumki) and Prema Khaidi (Mynaa) famr Prabhu Solomon is helming this project. The film is based on a 1971 classic film Haathi Mera Saathi which portray the heartwarming bond between a human and an elephant. Prabhu has written the script based on some real-life incidents. The high-level VFX and visual grandeur are expected to be the highlight of the movie. If we observe the scripts of Prabhu, nature plays an important role and the same is going to get repeated again.
The first schedule of the movie will take place in Thailand from January and the other shooting locations include some authentic places. The movie is a tribute to the veteran actor Rajesh Khanna who played the lead in original version. Trinity Pictures of Eros International is producing the film.
