The remarks made by Bigg Boss 11 Contestant Hina Khan on the South Film Industry invited severe criticism. While talking to the fellow contestants Puneesh Sharma, Vikas Gupta and Luv Tyagi, Hina claimed to be regretting saying no to one of the two Southern Projects offered to her.
Hina Khan claimed she was approached to play Anjali's role in 'SVSC' starring Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu. 'Makers have specially come to Bombay for Me. I was offered the part of one of the Heroines, opposite Venkatesh who had done Anari with Karisma Kapoor. It was a super hit..I regret saying no to it. Neverthless, I am happy with what I got in my life,' she told.
Asked what is the reason behind turning down the crazy project, Hina Khan told Makers want her put on some weight as the South Industry prefers bulging women.
Hansika breathed fire on Hina Khan for degrading Southern Film Industry. She questioned whether Hina is unaware of the fact that several Bollywood Actors have worked in South Films. 'What is this suppose to even mean? Shame on you Hina Khan for trying to demean us. I am very proud to be part of South Industry. And whatever Hina Khan is saying is our pure bullshit,' she fumed.
Actress Khushbu opined people like Hina Khan need lessons from South on how to be dignified. 'That's why they remain where they are and our girls zoom past them,' she added.
