Allu Arjun starrer 'DJ-Duvvada Jagannadham' became a hot topic ever since the makers released one minute promo of 'Gudilo Badilo Madilo Vodilo' song. The song is creating sensation in the YouTube with nearly 6 millions of views and one lakh likes and it became an instant chartbuster. Apart from the success of the song, it has attracted controversies also.
Several Brahmin associations are expressing their objections over the usage of words like Tamakam.. Chamakam.. Pravara.. Agraharala Tamalapaku etc. They are saying that all those words have sacred meanings.. and they are used for a romantic song.. they are questioning how could they use those words in an objectionable manner.
Responding on the controversy, director Harish Shankar told that he himself is a Brahmin and how could he make a film which insults Bhrahmin traditions ? He is assuring that the movie will be pride for Brahmin community. He explained what he is showing in the film.. 'when a Brahmin thinks of something.. he can achieve the goal'. The movie will not let them down. He is also saying that he will come up with the lyric writer and explain the meanings of all the words in the song to the media soon.
