Did Harish Shankar imagine the mixed talk before?
By: Tupaki Desk | 25 Jun 2017 4:33 PM GMTHarish Shankar is one clever filmmaker and he gave a proof of his talent with Gabbar Singh earlier. Now, his Duvvada Jagannadam released in the theatres this Friday and the audience reacted in a negative way for the climax.
Suddenly, the movie shifts tone after the emotional pre-climax to a more diluted comedy that audience did not like at all. But, Harish Shankar seems to have imagined this negative feedback before and he gave hints about it in his pre-release interviews.
Not many directors talk about their film climax and Harish Shankar said, "We tried something different in the climax as it has become highly routine with Telugu Cinema that any great villain will end up dying in our Aluminium Factory so, we decided to go with a comic ending."
Well, had he thought about going with different story and screenplay than he did, may be his film will have not received such backlash about the climax.
