That doesnt matter if Harish Shankar agrees or not, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not a powerful leader but he passed in various tests for his vision and ideologies. Anyway, coming to our discussion, the other day Modi commented that poor portrayal of police in Indian movies has led to common-public thinking negatively about the Khaki department. What say Harish?
Reacting on these comments, director Harish Shankar who has portrayed Pawan Kalyan as a rugged cop with ruthless ideas in Gabbar Singh, feels that movies are in fact portraying police as heroes. Ive tweaked Pawans character a little to do incredible thing for better reach to fans, but not to insult police officers. In fact,many police people have loved the flick whole heartedly, says Harish, defending himself. Seems like he doesnt agree with PM Modi. Is he?
