Nani is known for his boy-next-door kind of roles. Except in 'Pilla Zamindar', He played a middle-class guy in almost every movie including 'Nenu Local'. Yet again, Our Natural Star arrives with the same set-up. Venu Sriram of 'Oh My Friend' fame wielded megaphone for 'MCA'.
Promo opens with the funny moments between Nani, his brother (Rajeev Kanakala) and sister-in-law Bhumika. After the transfer of Bhumika who is a government employee, Nani was asked by his brother to go to Warangal along with his Sister-in-Law. There, He falls in love with a bubbly girl Rani (Sai Pallavi). When his Sister-in-Law encounters a problem, Nani steps in and takes control of the situation. How a Middle Class Guy fought to protect his Family forms rest of the tale!
The storyline of 'MCA' appears to be very routine. It reminds us of 'Race Gurram' to some extent. On the positive note, Nani, Bhumika and Sai Pallavi were very impressive. DSP's background score packs a punch. Nani's comedy timing and his chemistry with Sai Pallavi are gonna be crucial for the success of 'MCA'. Let's wait till December 21st to pass the judgement!
