He Will Also Join Sankranthi Fight

Sankranthi season hungama appears to have started in Tollywood as a few biggies have announced their release dates already. Pawan-Trivikram film, Mahesh Babu-Koratala film 'Bharath Ane Nenu'.. Ram Charan-Sukumar film 'Rangasthalam'.. Nandamuri Balakrishna-KS Ravi Kumar film are eyeing on Sankranthi release. Out of these four films, Pawan film is slated for release on January 10, Mahesh film on January 11.

If all these films release in the Sankranthi season, availability of theaters will be a big issue. At least one of these films will have to opt out of the race. In such a typical situation, a Tamil star is getting ready to join the race. He is none other than Suriya. Suriya is presently working on 'Thaana Serndha Koottam' in the direction of Vignesh Shivan. This film is the remake of Bollywood super hit film 'Special 26' starring Akshay Kumar.

The makers initially planned to release the film in 2017 itself. But they have announced recently that are going to release the film in the Sankranthi season. We all know that Suriya enjoys good craze among the Telugu audience. All his films release amid good craze in Telugu simultaneously with Tamil. As they have announced Tamil version release date, they will release Telugu version on the same date. But we have to wait and see whether he will release Tamil version first and come up with Telugu version later or release simultaneously.
