Yesteryear heroine Lissy who acted in successful films like 'Magaadu'..'20 va Satabdam' etc. is making her re-entry as a character artist now. She is playing a crucial role in Nithiin's upcoming film directed by Krishna Chaitanya. On this occasion, Lissy Lakshmi revealed several interesting things on her Facebook page.

She said that she is acting in a Telugu film after 25 years and she felt nervous facing the camera but it was a thrilling moment. She said that she had missed it all these years. She opined that she still has some 'unfinished business' with Telugu cinema. She remembered that the acted in 8 films and 6 of them were super hits.

She wrote "To be honest I was sad to leave Telugu industry at that time but I had no choice. Quitting acting at the age of 22 when I had a bagful of movies was a decision I always regretted. Obviously, I can not go back to my lost years or the roles I may have had but I certainly hope to do my best in this second innings. Thanks for all the support."

She also revealed that she is in talks with director Gautham Menon for a film and she is looking forward to that film. She clarified that managing her studios and preview theaters still remains her priority but she may accept one or two movies per year if they are interesting.

It is known that Lissy divorced her husband director Priyadarshan and living separately. They have a son Siddharth and a daughter Kalyani Priyadarshan. Kalyani Priyadarshan is making her film debut with Akkineni Akhil starrer 'Hello'.
