Heroine lodged case against Retired IAS

Actress Sangeetha filed a case against Retired IAS Officer Usha Shankar Narayan who also worked as PA to former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao.
Both Sangeetha and her husband & Singer Krish were residents of Valsarvakam area in Janaki Nagar, Chennai. Recently, Even the Ex-IAS Narayan shifted to a rented flat in the same area along with his 10 foreign breed dogs.
Reportedly, Narayan has the habit of leaving the dogs unchained and this act terrified the people living in the surroundings. Though the neighbors requested him to chain the dogs at least at the day time, Narayan refused to do so and a group led by Sangeetha complained with police against him. In response, Narayan filed a counter complaint.
Later, Narayan approached High Court seeking action against Sangeetha and cases were booked against her as per the direction of the bench. After this episode, Sangeetha complained Ex-IAS used unparliamentary language against her and demanded Chennai Commissioner to take stern action against him.
