Gunasekhar's period film 'Rudrama Devi' has a star studded cast and technicians including Allu Arjun, Anushka, Rana, Krishnam Raju, Prakash Raj, Cathrine Tresa, Natalia Kaur, Ilayaraja, Thota Tharani and other. However, None of these noted names are going to be the highlight of the movie.
It is known that 'Rudrama Devi' is being promoted as the first historical 3D film. So, Gunasekhar is making sure the film has got some brilliant 3D Effects to make audience hook on to the screens. He is even not hesitating to spend a bomb for these special effects.
Currently, 'Rudrama Devi' is being shot at a set in Vikarabad. The shoot has almost neared completion. The film might release in December this year.
