Earlier this morning, Rajashekar's younger daughter tweeted about her father health condition and asked everyone to pray for the speedy recovery as he is fighting hard with the virus.
Within minutes, the news went viral and things become tense as Rajashekar is in critical condition. Although his daughter cleared the news saying her father is not in a critical condition, the news keep spreading on the Internet.
Megastar Chiranjeevi has reacted to the news and wished for the speedy recovery of the actor. "Dear @ShivathmikaR Wishing your loving dad and my colleague and friend #DrRajashekar a speedy recovery. All our best wishes and prayers are with him and your family. Stay strong," Chiranjeevi tweeted.
Meanwhile, the hospital authorities, who are treating Rajashekar, has released a statement about his health condition saying that he is on non-evasive ventilatory support in the ICU and is responding to treatment quite well. They also added that he will recover in the days to come.
