Seeing the severity of the accident and the frequent grilling of Police on Kamal Haasan and Shankar fueled a talk that the movie got scrapped. Now, the production house of the film Lyca Productions clarified that the project is very much on and questioned how a prestigious project would be scrapped after 40% completion of the shoot.
The makers are hopeful that they would begin filming after lockdown. This time the unit is said to be extra careful taking all the precautionary measures for a safe filming.
'Indian 2' stars Siddharth, Kajal Aggarwal and Rakul Preeth Singh in pivotal roles. It is the most awaited project India wide by the maverick film maker Shankar who is famous for larger than life films.
