Hrithik Roshan Buys Two Apartments Worth Almost Rs 100 Crore

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has reportedly purchased apartments worth nearly Rs 100 crore in Mumbai. One apartment is a duplex penthouse, while the other is a single-storey home.
According to reports, the deal was closed earlier this week and is estimated to be worth Rs 97.5 crore. The apartments are on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a building on the Juhu-Versova Link Road.
The apartment has an uninterrupted view of the Arabian Sea, and is spread across a combined 38000 sq ft and comes with a 6,500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace, and the family will have access to 10 parking spots. He paid Rs 67.50 crore for the duplex, which is on the 15th and 16th floors of the building. He paid Rs 30 crore for the other one.
