Finally A Clarity On 'Petta' Telugu Version

The shooting of superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming movie 'Petta' went on sets in June this year. The Tamil version of the movie is gearing up to hit the screens for Sankranthi next year. But there was no update about the release of Telugu version.
The release date is approaching but the makers haven't unveiled even the poster of the movie. So, everyone thought that the Telugu version will not be releasing for Sankranthi next year. But now, a senior producer C Kalyan grabbed the Telugu rights of 'Petta' Telugu version. He had silently went to Chennai and locked the deal. Except for '2.O', most of Rajini's movies in the past 5 years ended up as disasters. So, C Kalyan has got the 'Petta' rights with low prices. The dubbing works are currently going on and the makers are planning to kickstart the promotional activities soon.
So, the Telugu version of the movie is also going to release get released for Sankranthi. But the movie will have a huge competition with direct Telugu releases like NTR biopic, 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama', 'F2' etc.
