Tough Time Ahead For Vakkantham?
By: Tupaki Desk | 29 July 2017 12:08 PM GMTWriter Vakkantham Vamsi is turning director with Allu Arjun's next film 'Naa Peru Surya'. Vakkantham Vamsi is a star writer in the industry who charges Rs. 1 crore as his remuneration for a single story. But still, all his stories were not hits. Some of his stories turned out to be failures as well. Vakkantham's dream is to wield megaphone and to direct a star hero with the debut film itself. He got the opportunity now, so Vakkantham is trying to prove himself.
On the other hand, there is so much negativity surrounding Allu Arjun because of 'DJ-Duvvada Jagannadham'. Whatever Bunny speaks or does is turning out to be a controversy now. His last film 'DJ' doesn't have a great story.. it's pretty ordinary. Even his earlier film 'Sarrainodu' doesn't have a story.. but Boyapati Sreenu screen-play, his taking covered all the negatives. In the case of 'DJ', there is nothing in the film except punch dialogues of Harish Shankar. Moreover, 'DJ' team attacked the film critics and reviewers.. so they will keenly observe Bunny's next film. Needless to say, this pressure will be on the director Vakkantham Vamsi.
On the other hand, there is a talk going on in the film circles that "What will director do if the hero is finalising tunes to costumes.... locations to cinematographer?" Vakkantham has to show his mark coming out of all these things. Even though Bunny is set to undergo tough army training, Vamsi will surely have tension handling the pressure.
