HugeSet Of Bellamkonda's 'Chatrapati' Remake Damaged Due To Heavy Rains!

It is well known that young hero Bellamkonda Srinivas is going to make his Bollywood entry through the remake of 'Chatrapati'. This Rajamouli directorial came out in 2005 and become a blockbuster and ended up as a milestone in Prabhas' career. Srinivas is now ready to take this story into Hindi and use it as a launchpad for his career in Bollywood.
VV Vinayak who introduced Bellamkonda Srinivas to Tollywood through 'Alludu Seenu' has taken up the responsibility to launch him in Hindi too. Pen Studios is producing this remake while Vijayendra Prasad prepared the script for it. After finishing the pre-production works, the makers decided to start the shooting on 22nd April. They erected a huge village set in the outskirts of Hyderabad and it was reportedly worth 3 crores. It was built in an area of over 6 acres and art director Sunil Babu worked on it for a long time. The shooting was forced to postpone due to the second wave of Corona and lockdown. The makers wanted to start the shoot as soon as the lockdown is lifted but the recent rains have caused a lot of damage to the film's set.
The team has to make some repairs to the damaged set before going to the shoot. The team said that the work has begun on the film's set once again. Bellamkonda Srinivas is going to play an action-packed role in this film and worked a lot on building a muscular look. The title is yet to be announced and the details about the cast and crew have been kept under the wraps.
