It seems like the summer season of 2021 is going to be a very busy one for Tollywood. A lot of big, crazy, and interesting films are arriving this summer and the movie lovers are in for a big feast. There were no big releases last year after Sankranti season and 2020 ended up being a nightmare to everyone.
But this summer is going to compensate for all the losses as per reports. We have Pawan's 'Vakeel Saab' arriving in April or May. It is made nearly on a budget of above 70 crores. Insiders say that 'Love Story' from Sekhar Kammula was made with around 40 cores. Due to delays and reshoots, the budget of 'Most Eligible Bachelor' has also gone up to 40 crores.
Top of this list is 'Achaya' which is produced on a grand scale. Over 120 crores were reportedly spent on this social drama and another 40 crores were spent making Venkatesh's 'Narappa'. Rumors are the remake rights cost the producers a lot. If 'Radhe Shyam' hits the screens in summer, another 300 crores worth of business will be added to an already big list. Sources say that Tollywood is going to witness nearly 600 crores of business in the next few months. Hope most of the films end up successful at the box-office.
