The reports of Tollywood director-cum-writer BVS Ravi getting caught in drunk driving by the cops at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in Jubilee Hills on Friday night spread like wild fire.
As per the media reports, A reading of 41 was found on BAC when BVS Ravi was tested with Breath Analyser.
However, BVS Ravi claimed: "I'm at home very much n the news of arrest and all is just a media blow up. Thank u. I'm a teetotaller."
The traffic police on duty said: "BVS Ravi was in the driving seat and Raviteja & comedian Srinivas Reddy were also in the car. It was found BVS Ravi have a BAC of 41 and a case was booked as the permissable limit in just 30. The Fiat Linea vehicle was seized and he was asked to appear before the Erramanzil court on Tuesday. Why the BAC was at 41 and why didn't he protest, if he was a teetotaller at the time when the case was booked?".
