Nayanatara who is out of action for some time will soon be seen in a female centric film Anamika directed by Sekhar Kammula, a remake to Bollywood Kahani. The South director made sufficient changes to Telugu, Tamil versions to suit our nativity.
The original version featured Vidya as a pregnant lady and story had a lot of suspense. In the remake version, Nayanthara is not a pregnant woman. Sekhar Kammula says, he has re-written certain parts of the film with new climax sequence.
Nayan who keeping herself away from promotions of the movie came up with an video and he spoke few words about her movie.It was rumored that Nayan forced director to chop off her pregnancy in the movie.
However Nayan clarifies the rumors by saying I'm never aghast playing pregnant on silver screen.I have experience of playing mother roles in my earlier moviers. In fact I wanted to play pregnant like Vidya Balan has done in the original. But it is Director who changed the role
We need to wait till tomorrow to know what is the suspense element Sekhar Kammula added in climax. The remake is releasing in Telugu and Tamil versions produced by Viacom 18 Pictures.
