I did not attend the meeting as Industry Representative: RGV!

The much-awaited meeting between filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma and Cinematography Minister Perni Nani had concluded just now. To meet the latter, the former reached Andhra Pradesh and the key meeting was held at the Secretariat and the Minister's Chamber.
After the meeting, RGV addressed the media. During the briefing, the director said that he attended the meeting like a filmmaker and is not representing the film exhibitors and distributors. The filmmaker gave an insight into all the topics that have come up for the discussions.
Expressing his satisfaction over the way the meeting happened, Ram Gopal Varma said, he is happy with the meeting. I have put my version before Perni Nani over the matter. I am here to elaborate further on the questions I had earlier raised on the regulations of the movie ticket prices, RGV said.
The filmmaker said that he did not make any recommendations on the issue, but expressed his views and put forward his thoughts on the matter. I did not attend this as a representative of the film industry. I am here as a filmmaker.
