I Will Continue In 'Cinema' - Kamal Hassan

Kamal Hassan is a legendary actor and a renowned humanist. He decided to get into politics without giving feelers for years like his friendly rival, Rajnikanth.

He started Makkal Neadi Maiam and he is continuing to spread the word about his political agenda for next elections in Tamil Nadu.

At the same time, he announced release of his long delayed Vishwaroopam-2 and made two more announcements about Sebhash Naidu and Indian-2.

He also said that after Indian-2, he may not act in movies, as he wants to continue public service. Recently, in a way, he retracted from not being associated with cinema anymore.

He said, "I will not leave cinema. Even MGR acted in films after joining politics. I will continue cinema but in what role, will be decided by future.

I will not use films to promote my agenda or flag. We will not use my party name or flag in my movies. MGR did not have such social media platform to promote, so he used films."

Well, Kamal also accepted that it is hard to just take Re.1 and do public service.
