I Was Raped By Weinstein In Cannes: Asia Argento

Italian actress Asia Argento has openly accused Harvey Weinstein that she was raped by him in 1997 Cannes Film Festival. She said that Harvey has forcibly performed oral sex on her in a hotel and she was 21 years old at that time.
Asia Argento is who is 42 years old now, she said that she didn't reveal it to anyone till now because she feared that the producer would destroy her career. Reminding the incident she said, "Just talking about it, my whole body is shaking." She added that Cannes Festival was his hunting ground.
She said that she was promoting her movie 'B.Monkey' which was distributed by Miramax, the company co-funded by Weinstein with his brother Bob. She said that the producers invited her to a party nearby hotel then. Actually, there was no party but Weinstein was waiting for her in a hotel room. She said that she was not willing and said 'No, no, no'.
Argento said " I want to make a prediction that Harvey Weinstein will never be welcomed here ever again. He will live in disgrace rest of his life shunned by the film community."
Harvey Weinstein's representative Sallie Hofmeister responded to the allegations made by Asia Argento that "Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein."
