'Indian 2' Birthday Poster: Kamal Turns Back Time!

'Indian' which was released back in 1996 was a sensational hit that made Shankar one of the top directors in South India. Kamala Hassan's phenomenal acting turned it into an evergreen film. A lot of elements like the strong story, stupendous music and others worked in favor of that film. It is known that Shankar planned a sequel for this film and started 'Indian 2' long back. The shooting came to halt for nearly a year due to various reasons like accidents on sets and differences between the director and producer.
After all the legal battles, the movie's shooting started once again and Shankar who started Ram Charan's project in the meanwhile had to put it on hold for a few months in order to work on 'Indian 2'. This is one of the most awaited projects in the country and people are eager to see the duo of Shankar and Kamal Hassan work their magic on the screen even after 25 years.
On the occasion of Kamal's birthday, the team released a special poster wishing the Universal Hero. Kamal is bossing the Senapathi look once again and he is looking very aggressive in this poster. It looks like the legendary actor has turned back time and is ready to do complete justice to the character. Kamal Hassan is riding high on the success of 'Vikram' and he is looking to continue this run with Shankar's film. Even the star director wants a blockbuster as his last few films were not up to the mark.
Lyca Productions banner is bankrolling this project while Kajal Agarwal is the heroine. Anirudh Ravichander is composing music for this movie and everyone are waiting to listen to his phenomenal background scores once again. We need to wait and see if this movie releases in 2023 or in 2024.
