Injury forces Top Heroine to use Pain Killers

Nayantara suffered an injury on the sets of her upcoming flick 'Velaikkaran' few weeks ago when she fell off a stage. Physiotherapist who treated Nayan has suggested her to take complete bed rest for several weeks.
As her absence is delaying the project, Nayantara landed on the sets even before she recovered completely. She began relying on pain killers for her back injury while taking part in the shoot. Once again, Nayan displayed highest level of professionalism.
