'Ippudu Kaka Inkeppudu' Gives An Important Message To Parents & Kids: Y Yugandhar

This movie is releasing on August 6th and there is a lot of controversy surrounding the use of 'Bhaja Govindam' lines during an intimate romantic scene. It brought a lot of buzz over the film and the director Y Yugandhar recently revealed some interesting snippets about the film and even addressed about the controversy.
He stated that the film is about a boy who grows away from girls and a girl who grows away from boys. What happens when they meet and find love forms a romantic journey. It is his first film and he reportedly worked as a production manager before for movies like 'Ram', 'Radha Gopalam', 'Allari Bullodu', 'Orey Thammudu' and many others. He says that he was able to learn everything by being a production manager.
Speaking of his debut directorial, he told that 'Ippudu Kaka Inkeppudu' was written way before Coronavirus and the shooting got completed during the first wave and completed the pre-production during before the second wave. He reportedly penned a lot of stories for star heroes but none of them materialized which is why he penned this story which suits new artists. He explained that this film will give a good message to both parents as well as the kids. It is a sensitive subject that has been narrated as a romantic comedy.
Speaking of the controversy, he said that there are not many bold scenes in the film and there is only one erotic scene and it has been never attempted in Telugu before. He said that it has a lot of emotions and sentiments. He quipped that there was no controversy when the title song was released with the same lyrics but the visuals in the trailer were shown at the wrong time which was a fault. He admitted that it was his mistake and added that it may be because of his lack of experience as a director.
Hasvanth Vanga played the male lead while Namrata Darekar and Kalalyn Gowda are the heroines in this film while Tanikella Bharani, Thulasi, Raja Ravindra, Pooja Ramachandran, Idream Anjali, Appaji Ambaresh and others played crucial roles. Sagar composed the music while Jemin Jom Ayyaneth cranked the camera. Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy bankrolled this project.
