Ajith has earned great craze in Tamil and Telugu film markets as Thala. His films over past three decades have been releasing in both the languages. While he became a huge star in Tamil Cinema, he has good following in Telugu states too.
Now, the actor's team has announced his next film Valimai to release for Pongal. Major number of big budget films have cleared way for his film as he would be coming after two years with a film.
His film Viswasam became a huge blockbuster for 2019 Pongal and in the sake year, he released Court room drama Nerkonda Paarvai.
Now, we hear that Valimai will release on 12th January, 2022. Movie team did not officially confirm this news but mostly the update will arrive with a teaser in first week of December, say reports.
RRR is releasing on 7th January and hence, the makers are talking with exhibitors about screen sharing, say reports.
Keeping it all aside, Interesting connection between Pawan Kalyan and Ajith is that Ajith's previous film Nerkonda Paarvai and Pawan Kalyan's previous Vakeel Saab are both remakes of same Hindi film, Pink.
