Can Megastar pull it off ?
By: Tupaki Desk | 22 March 2017 12:25 PM GMTIt is an open secret that Megastar Chiranjeevi is getting ready for his next film 'Uyyalavada Narasimhareddy'. Whenever a big star like Chiru gets ready for a film like this.. fans will come up with fanmade posters and first looks. Similarly mega fans prepared a first look of Uyyalavada Narasimhareddy with a sketch. They sketched Chiranjeevi face with a curved mustache wearing traditional headgear. This look has been trending in the social media for the past few days.
The look appears so good that some people started believing that the look is designed by the film unit. But.. it is a fan made look. Chiranjeevi might look the same if he wears similar makeup. But film analysts say that.. managing face with makeup is different from completely transforming Chiru into 'Uyyalavada Narasimhareddy'
Historians say that Uyyalavada was a six foot tall man with well built physique. We can easily understand this, if we take a look at Uyyalavada pictures. When actors play historical characters without much historical evidence on their look.. there will be some liberty to choose the look. Example is Gautami Putra Satakarni as nobody knows how Satakarni looked like.. Balayya getup was accepted as shown by film makers.
But people know how Uyyalavada looks like.. so, Chiru has to appear like him for authenticity. If he has to appear like Uyyalavada.. he has to work so hard. Many doubt that.. can Chiru grow muscles to suit Uyyalavada character at this age now ? Because Chiru is in his sixties.. growing muscles and achieving six pack is a difficult thing. If he doesn't do that.. can he bring authenticity to the role of Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy ? Can Chiranjeevi pull it off ?
