Energetic director Harish Shankar is eagerly waiting to work with Powerstar Pawan Kalyan again. He announced 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' a few weeks back which gained a lot of attention. As we know, he planned 'Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh' before and it got shelved for various reasons. He gave a memorable film like 'Gabbar Singh' to PK and his fans. It was a huge comeback for the star hero and remained as a special film in every fan's heart.
Despite the new announcement, it is certain that the project may start only after the 2024 elections. Pawan is yet to wrap up 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' and he has young director Sujeeth's 'OG' to make before he starts Harish's film. He needs to allot at least six months for the AP elections. This means that Harish Shankar will be free for a long period. There are reports that he may work with Tamil hero Siva Karthikeyan.
This talented Tamil hero secured a good market in Telugu with hits like 'Remo', 'Doctor' and 'Don'. He worked with a Telugu director Anudeep for 'Prince' which did not live up to expectations. There were rumours that star producer Dil Raju is willing to produce SK's film with Harish Shankar.
But the trusted sources reveal that there is no truth in these rumours. Dil Raju is reportedly busy with 'Varisu' promotions and has #RC15 in his hands right now while Harish is completing the script of 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh'. Siva Karthikeyan is busy with his Tamil movies right now and sources say that a movie under this combination may not happen anytime soon.
