Is Kalki Story Original Or Copied?

Dearth of good stories in Tollywood is leading to more controversies. Often, We come across Writers or Directors complaining about somebody using their stories without offering due credit to them.
Writer Karthikeya alias Prasad who worked with Rajasekhar for the project 'Mahankali' claims to have narrated the story of 'Kalki' to the Angry Young Man several years ago. 'As the subject demands high budget, Rajasekhar told Me that he can't take up the project. So, I kept the project on hold. But now, The same story is being used with sight modifications. My Story was registered in the Writers Association in 2009 itself. After I had lodged a complaint, Association asked Kalki Team to come for discussions but they didn't bother to care about it. Producer C Kalyan seems to be least concerned about the complaint. Kalki Team claimed they had purchased the story from a website. When I asked which website it is, They offered Me a link but found nothing when I clicked on it'.
Karthikeya made it clear he isn't demanding remuneration from Kalki Makers but just want his name in title credits as Story Writer. Why Kalki Team isn't putting an end to the controversy by proving the story isn't copied?
