Rishab Shetty and Sapthami Gowda in the lead roles is a perfect action thriller and it is now the highest-rated film on IMDb. Hombale Films banner which produced the 'KGF' franchise and are making 'Salaar' have bankrolled this project which is getting a lot of critical acclaim for all corners.
The movie has not just won the appreciation of reviewers but the audience are loving it as well. It is nearing the 150 crore mark steadily as it crossed 100 crore collections in Karnataka alone. The Telugu dubbed version is performing excellently too and it is getting good money from all over South India.
As we know, movies that promote Indian culture, heritage and Hindu ideology is being encouraged by the audience a lot these days. The right-wingers are promoting these kinds of films and making sure that it reaches a lot of people through social media. This has been done for movies like NBK's 'Akhanda', 'Kashmir Files' and 'Karthikeya 2' as well. We all know, how much love Nikhil's movie managed to get from the North since it revolved around lord Krishna.
Recently, a woman praised 'Kantara' movie in a public reaction video. She said, "Excellent film. Jai Ho Bharat. Jai Hindutva. This film replicates our amazing Indian culture. It promotes our age-old traditions and history." Considering the investment, 'Kantara' is already a stupendous blockbuster and it looks like people in North and other areas who are unaware of this film are going to know about it in the coming days. Many say that 'Kantara' is going to become another 'Karthikeya 2' in the North. Let's see if it happens or not.
