Is Mahesh Ignoring Vamsi Paidipally?

Superstar Mahesh Babu and Vamsi Paidipally worked together for 'Maharshi' last year. Despite the striking similarities with 'Srimanthudu' and 'Bharat Ane Nenu', the film managed to perform well at the box-office. During the making Vamsi and Mahesh became good friends which is why Mahesh agreed to do another film with Vamsi after completing 'Sarileru Neekevvaru'.
Many thought that this film will go on floors from May but Vamsi's story failed to impress Mahesh and the project was shelved. Mahesh moved ahead and gave chance to 'Geetha Govindham' director Parasuram. The script work is going on for this film and it may start as soon as the lockdown is lifted.
People assumed that Vamsi Paidipally's film may go on floors when Mahesh wraps up Parasuram's film but Rajamouli recently announced that he will be directing Mahesh Babu after 'RRR'. There is also news that Mahesh is thinking of working with Trivikram for a fun entertainer before Rajamouli's project starts.
This means, Mahesh will be completely busy for the next 2-3 years and nobody knows what happens then. That is why pundits are stating that the combination of Mahesh Babu and Vamsi Paidipally may not happen in the near future.
