Is NTR's Jai Lava Kusa a Remake?

Speculations are abuzz that NTR's ongoing venture 'Jai Lava Kusa' is an unofficial remake of Ajith 'Varalaru' directed by KS Ravi Kumar.
In the past, Even Raviteja thought of remaking this Tamil Blockbuster. Finally, Director Bobby seems to have convinced Tarak by adapting in to suit the sensibilities of Telugu Audience and his Mass Image.
If the reports are true by any chance, NTR will be essaying the roles of Father and Twin Sons. While Jai will be Father, Lava and Kusa would be seen as Twin Brothers. While one of the twins is Protagonist, Other one will be an Antagonist.
Icing on the cake will the twist given by Bobby to the episode of Ajith being seen as classical dancer who's body language is more like a woman. The Young Filmmaker designed altered this sequence in such a way that it will always remains as very memorable for NTR & his Fans.
