Is 'Pushpa' Really That Bad To The Society?

Recently, well-known personality Garikapati Narasimha Rao who was awarded the prestigious Padma Shree recently bashed 'Pushpa' in of his lectures recently. The video is currently going viral on social media and the opinions are completely divided on his statements. He criticized Allu Arjun and director Sukumar for showcasing a smuggler as a hero and felt that it is setting a wrong example for the youngsters. He said that good should be projected as the hero while evil or illegal activities shouldn't be glorified.
Many are claiming that he is going a point while some claim that every filmmaker has an identity and everyone tells something to the audience. But what to listen is up to the mindset and maturity of the viewers. For example, you can get learn how to be corrupt through 'Temper' or you can learn how to correct yourself and become better. In the same way, youth can get spoiled by looking at the rise of Surya Bhai as an underworld don and crime world showcased in 'Businessman' or you can learn how to stay focused and achieve your goal with sheer determination and confidence. It is up to the people to decide. One cannot find fault in the lead character doing illegal activities as 'Godfather' which is hailed as one of the greatest films ever made is all about underworld don, mafia and revenge. So is the case with movies like 'Great Escape' and 'Shawshank Redemption' which showcase escaping prison as an achievement.
We need to see if team 'Pushpa' responds to his comments or move on with their regular work on the second part which is expected to hit the screens by the end of this year.
