Is 'RRR' Getting Postponed Again?

If there is any one film that the entire country is eagerly waiting for, it is definitely SS Rajamouli's magnum opus 'RRR'. This pan-Indian project is all set to hit the screens on 7th January 2022. With two big stars like NTR and Ram Charan sharing the screen space together, fans are expecting a lot from this film. The trailer doubled the expectations and the entire team is busily promoting the film all across the country. But there are a few rumors spinning around claiming that the movie may get postponed once again.
As per the reports, the makers are getting a bit worried about the growing Covid cases in the country. Though the new variant is not as dangerous as earlier, it is spreading quickly and fast which is making the governments act proactively. Many state governments have started putting up restrictions and curfews again. The capacity of theatres is reduced to 50% in some states and permissions are only given to 100 people to attend marriages. All these restrictions are surely going to affect the film's collections. When a film of such craze is hitting the screens, everyone expects huge footfalls in theatres and it may lead to more positive cases.
With all such possibilities, the people are getting worried that 'RRR' may get postponed. There is no official news regarding this and let us hope it is not the case. 'RRR' is produced by DVV Danayya over a budget of over 400 crores and it is releasing on 7th January all over the world. SS Rajamouli is aiming to score another industry hit with this multi-starrer and MM Keeravani is the music composer. Alia Bhatt is playing the role of Sita in this film while Ajay Devgn will appear in a brief role. Apart from a few noted Hollywood actors, 'RRR' has actors like Shriya Saran, Rajeev Kanakala, Samuthirakani and others doing key roles. NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Seetha Ramaraju in this massive film which was delayed multiple times. Everyone are curious to see what Rajamouli has to offer us this time.
