Political parties trying to influence different organization and union by proxies is not new. But, here is a case of an organization harnessing all its energies to defeat a candidate in the MAA elections. Yes, an organization is working furiously behind the curtains to ensure that actor Prakash Raj is defeated in the MAA election. The organization is said to be pulling strings and is influencing the voters of the MAA election.
The organization is said to be the RSS. This organization is using all its connections to ensure the defeat of Prakash Raj, who has been a very virulent critic of Hindutwa and PM Modi. Time and again, he has criticized the RSS, VHP and BJP. Also, he joined hands with RSS baiters like Kanhaiya Kumar and Jignesh Mewani. He had even contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections and lost badly. The RSS has taken upon itself the task to defeat Prakash Raj.
Sources say the RSS is not interested in the panels and other candidates. It's only objective is to defeat Prakash Raj. A senior RSS leader, who is incharge of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, has been made the overall incharge for the MAA elections. He is said to have organized a meeting of the RSS sympathizers in the film industry and asked them to work to defeat Prakash Raj. These sympathizers have reportedly met the voters and sought their support in defeating Prakash Raj. The RSS leaders have deep associations in the film industry. They have met several film makers, actors and technicians in connection with the Ayodhya Ram Mandir construction. They collected funds from these persons. They are now using these connections to influence the voters.
