Is Samantha Taking A Break From Films?

ight from the beginning of her career, star actress Samantha Akkineni has always been busy. She had a minimum of three releases every year and worked with most of the heroes in Telugu and Tamil. Even now, she is acting in a Tamil project featuring Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and herself. It is directed by Vignesh Shivan.
Other than that, Sam recently accepted Gunasekhar's 'Shaakunthalam'. She is playing the title role in this epic tale of love and drama. The film is going to go on floors soon and Sam even has a project with Nandini Reddy in her hands. Her maiden web-series, 'Family Man 2' is also getting ready to release. She is very busy for the next couple of months at least.
But sources say that Samantha is planning on taking a break from films. Apparently, she wants to take a year off and focus on other things. While these are mere rumors and nothing has been confirmed, we need to wait till more information comes out.
