Is Sujeeth Making Some Unwanted Statements?
By: Tupaki Desk | 7 Sep 2019 8:43 AM GMTSujeeth, the director of Saaho, is showing interest in talking about his movie and the kind of reception it received over the eight days of release.
The young director made a film with 350 crores budget with a star-actor like Prabhas and brought in many others in his film.
But the director in trying to answer about the plagiarism and copy allegations from Largo Winch, he said, (quotes from an interview, he gave to local media outlet) "I made a film from my own Run Raja Run line again and all stories that involves a twist about a son taking revenge for his father's death need not be taken from Largo Winch!"
He did not stop there. He is quoted to have said, "I believe we cannot make films with too much of intellectual screenplay. People need it to be very simple and I think if people are pushed to watch the film carefully, they get bored. If you watch Saaho again, you will see many details, that you missed first time."
Well, Twitterati are attacking Sujeeth for making such comments in the press. He seems to be too young to reflect on the feedback and accept his responsibility. He might have felt too attacked by many to come up with such comments.
Many Prabhas fans who were defending him, were hurt that he made his own story again with their hero when he had 350 crores of budget to make anything under sun that would have been better than Saaho.
